one of our friendly staff - the rest will be taken care

Wake & Funeral Catering
All food platters are made fresh to order, the day of your
function to suit the exact number of guests. Please advise
our staff on guest’s numbers attending, with as much
notice as is possible (numbers may not decrease 24 hours
prior to function).
This full service menu is fully prepared at our kitchens
and then plattered on our white crockery platters. The set
up will be taken care of by our helpful party hire staff
and all details will be sorted by your personal event coordinator.
The chef’s will then deliver the menu items and bring
together all the finishing touches with our beautiful wait
staff members.
Everything is done with little interruption and no fuss.
Along with the food, we will supply and set up:

The food service tables, utensils,
crockery and cutlery

Glassware including highball, champagne
and wine

Set up of the tea and coffee station
with crockery cups and saucers

Chairs and tables if required

All equipment need to heat food for
menu items will supplied free of charge.
