WAKE PLATTERS

The food is plattered on high quality disposable platters and is available to pick up or we can drop to your location at an agreed time.

When service or set up is required from our trained and professional Cateraid staff, we are there to help if you need us.

Otherwise the timelines and service can be left to the person in charge of organising the commemorative day celebrations.

All the utensils, crockery and cutlery can be hired from Cateraid, as an add on to this menu.

Sandwich platters will be worked out at a per head price depending on your guests numbers. This will directly relate to the time associated with preparation by one of our qualified chefs. Use as a guide $15-$20.00 per guest, for the typical sandwich platter selection.

SELF SERVICE CATERING

All food is prepared and plattered on our white crockery platters at our kitchens. The menu requested is then dropped to your location at an agreed time. Although no service staff are required as part of this package, all food and beverages will be set up and ready for the return of the guests. Cateraid will then come to collect the equipment next day.
