All eating utensils are to
be at venue or alternatively can be hired and dropped with platters
at normal Cateraid hire costs.
We keep our sandwich prices akin to those of our café
and fast food outlets. We acknowledge that even though our catering
product is superior (through our fresh food ordering lines and order
for an order techniques) the cost is always a factor.
Sandwich platters will be worked out at a per head price
depending on your guests numbers. This will directly relate to the time
associated with preparation by one of our qualified chefs. Use as a
guide $7-$10.00 per guest, for the typical sandwich platter selection
at a wake.
