Wake Catering Self Service
With this self service menu, all food is prepared
and plattered on our white crockery platters at our kitchens.
The menu requested is then dropped to your location at an
agreed time.
No service staff are supplied as part of this
menu package and all other time lines are left to the person
who organises the commemorative day celebrations. All utensils
for food service are supplied with platters. Also Paper
luncheon napkins are supplied with this option. Hot food
platters can be delivered cold ready to heat or hot in food
transit boxes.
All glassware, crockery, platters, cutlery
and utensils are supplied clean by Cateraid and must be
cleaned and stacked for the return/pickup. A fee will apply
if items are not available to pick up or are dirty.
All food platters are made fresh to order,
the day of your function to suit the exact number of guests.
Please advise our staff on guest’s numbers attending,
with as much notice as is possible (numbers may not decrease
24 hours prior to function).
We keep our sandwich prices akin to those
of our café and fast food outlets. We acknowledge
that even though our catering product is superior (through
our fresh food ordering lines and order for order techniques)
the cost is always a factor. If there are further requirements
for your function, then maybe another Cateraid package would
suit, but if in doubt feel free to contact
our staff at any stage for a more personalised
and detailed quote.
